Privacy Policy

Effective Date: May 16, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Lambda Crunch, Inc., doing business as KrunchIQ, collects, uses, protects, and shares information in connection with the KrunchIQ analytics platform, websites, dashboards, APIs, data connectors, AI analytics tools, and related services.

KrunchIQ is a business analytics platform. Customers control the business data, files, credentials, connector authorizations, and end-user records they choose to ingest. KrunchIQ processes that data to provide analytics, dashboards, AI-assisted insights, automation, and support.

1. Scope

This Policy applies to visitors, account users, administrators, invited team members, API users, and customer contacts who interact with KrunchIQ. It covers account data, billing data, usage data, support communications, connector metadata, uploaded files, and business datasets processed through the platform.

2. Our Role

For account registration, billing, product analytics, security, and website activity, KrunchIQ generally acts as an independent controller. For customer datasets ingested into the platform, KrunchIQ generally acts as a processor or service provider on behalf of the customer, unless a separate written agreement says otherwise. Customers are responsible for having the rights, notices, permissions, and lawful bases needed to submit their data to KrunchIQ.

3. Information We Collect

  • Account information: name, email address, company, phone number, role, login and authentication data.
  • Subscription and billing information: selected plan, usage, invoices, payment status, billing contact information, and payment processor references.
  • Customer data: files, schemas, metadata, dashboards, connector outputs, analytics datasets, and other business records customers upload or sync.
  • Connector information: store or system URLs, shop domains, marketplace identifiers, OAuth tokens, API keys, database connection metadata, scopes, sync status, and logs. Secrets are encrypted where stored.
  • Usage and device data: IP address, browser, device, pages viewed, feature usage, timestamps, audit events, and security logs.
  • Support communications: messages, attachments, troubleshooting details, and feedback you provide.

4. How We Use Information

  • Provide, secure, maintain, and improve KrunchIQ.
  • Create accounts, manage subscriptions, process payments, and enforce usage limits.
  • Ingest, validate, transform, store, and analyze customer-authorized data.
  • Operate dashboards, embedded analytics, APIs, SDK access, data connectors, and AI-assisted analysis.
  • Monitor availability, troubleshoot issues, prevent abuse, and maintain audit logs.
  • Send service, security, billing, and administrative communications.
  • Comply with law, enforce agreements, and protect rights, safety, and security.

5. AI and Analytics Processing

KrunchIQ may use customer datasets, prompts, metadata, and generated outputs to provide AI-assisted analysis, reporting, recommendations, and summaries to the customer. AI outputs may be inaccurate or incomplete and should be reviewed before business use. KrunchIQ does not intentionally use customer datasets to train third-party foundation models unless expressly agreed in writing.

6. Legal Bases

Where laws such as the GDPR require a legal basis, we process personal information based on contract performance, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and, where applicable, instructions from our customer as controller.

7. Sharing and Disclosure

We may share information with:

  • Cloud hosting, storage, database, monitoring, email, payment, identity, analytics, and support providers.
  • AI, data processing, and infrastructure providers used to deliver requested platform functionality.
  • Connected third-party platforms when the customer authorizes a connector or API integration.
  • Professional advisers, auditors, regulators, law enforcement, or courts when required or appropriate.
  • Successors in a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, or sale of assets.

We do not sell customer datasets. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are used under California law.

8. Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encryption for stored connector secrets, tenant isolation, audit logging, and secure cloud infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure, and customers are responsible for protecting their credentials, access tokens, API keys, and account users.

9. Retention

We retain information for as long as needed to provide the services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, maintain security, and support backups and audit trails. Customer datasets may remain until deleted by the customer, expiration of the subscription, or according to a separate agreement or retention configuration.

10. International Transfers

KrunchIQ is based in the United States and may process information in the United States and other countries where we or our providers operate. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers, such as contractual protections and data processing terms.

11. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object to processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a privacy decision. California residents may have rights to know, delete, correct, limit use of sensitive personal information, opt out of sale or sharing, and not be discriminated against for exercising privacy rights.

If your information was submitted to KrunchIQ by one of our customers, we may refer your request to that customer. To exercise rights, contact us at support@lambdacrunch.com. We may need to verify your identity and authority before responding.

12. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, analytics, and service operation. You can manage cookies through your browser settings, but some features may not work without required cookies.

13. Children

KrunchIQ is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13, or the equivalent minimum age in a user's jurisdiction. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

14. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the platform when appropriate. Continued use of KrunchIQ after an update means the updated Policy applies.
