These Terms of Service govern access to and use of KrunchIQ, a SaaS analytics, data ingestion, dashboard, connector, API, and AI-assisted analysis platform operated by Lambda Crunch, Inc.
By accessing or using KrunchIQ, creating an account, selecting a subscription, using an API key, authorizing a connector, or clicking to accept these Terms, you agree to these Terms on behalf of yourself and, if applicable, the company or organization you represent. If you do not agree, do not use KrunchIQ.
KrunchIQ provides tools for multi-tenant data ingestion, file validation, scheduled processing, e-commerce and ERP connectors, cloud storage workflows, embedded dashboards, AI-assisted analytics, reporting, API access, and account administration. Features may vary by plan, configuration, availability, and third-party platform permissions.
You must provide accurate account, company, billing, and subscription information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your account, users, API keys, credentials, connector authorizations, and invited team members. You must maintain appropriate access controls and promptly notify us of suspected unauthorized access.
You retain ownership of the files, records, datasets, prompts, outputs, metadata, and other content you submit to KrunchIQ. You grant Lambda Crunch, Inc. the rights needed to host, process, transform, analyze, display, transmit, and store Customer Data to provide and support the Service.
You represent that you have all rights, notices, consents, permissions, and lawful bases needed to upload, sync, or otherwise provide Customer Data to KrunchIQ, including data obtained from Shopify, WooCommerce, BigCommerce, Odoo, Amazon Selling Partner API, S3, PostgreSQL, APIs, or other sources.
KrunchIQ may allow you to connect third-party stores, marketplaces, databases, cloud services, APIs, and business systems. You are responsible for complying with third-party terms, maintaining required accounts, granting appropriate scopes, and revoking access when no longer needed. Third-party service availability, data quality, rate limits, schema changes, permissions, and API behavior are outside KrunchIQ's control.
KrunchIQ may generate summaries, recommendations, forecasts, analysis, charts, or other AI-assisted outputs. These outputs are provided for business decision support and may contain errors, omissions, or outdated information. You are responsible for reviewing, validating, and deciding whether to rely on any output. KrunchIQ does not provide legal, accounting, tax, medical, or financial advice.

Paid features require an active subscription or credit balance. You agree to pay all applicable fees, taxes, overages, and charges associated with your plan. Unless a written agreement states otherwise, fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may suspend or limit access for nonpayment, excessive usage, security risk, or violation of these Terms.
KrunchIQ uses reasonable safeguards designed to protect the Service and tenant data. You are responsible for configuring your users, integrations, API keys, connector scopes, and source systems securely. You must not submit regulated or sensitive data unless your subscription, agreement, and configuration support that processing.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and process personal information. If Customer Data includes personal information subject to privacy laws, the parties may need a data processing agreement or additional terms. You remain responsible for instructions, notices, consents, privacy requests, and compliance obligations for Customer Data you control.
Lambda Crunch, Inc. and its licensors own KrunchIQ, including software, workflows, designs, models, templates, documentation, trademarks, and platform technology. These Terms do not transfer ownership of KrunchIQ to you. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use KrunchIQ during your active subscription.
Each party may receive non-public information from the other. The receiving party will use reasonable care to protect confidential information and will use it only for purposes related to the Service, except as required by law or authorized in writing.
We may modify, suspend, discontinue, or improve features from time to time. We aim to provide reliable service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some features may be beta, experimental, or dependent on third-party services.
You may stop using KrunchIQ or cancel your subscription as allowed by your plan. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, create security or legal risk, or misuse the Service. After termination, your right to use KrunchIQ ends. We may retain or delete data according to our Privacy Policy, retention practices, and applicable law.
KrunchIQ is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambda Crunch, Inc. disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, availability, and error-free operation.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lambda Crunch, Inc. and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, punitive, or lost-profit damages, or for loss of data, revenue, goodwill, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability related to the Service will not exceed the amounts paid by you to KrunchIQ for the Service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the event.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Lambda Crunch, Inc. from claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising from Customer Data, your use of KrunchIQ, your violation of these Terms, your integrations or source systems, or your violation of law or third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, USA, without regard to conflict of law rules. The parties will first try to resolve disputes informally and in good faith. If unresolved, disputes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page or communicated through the Service when appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
